  I enjoyed my first visit at Panera today very much!! A young lady named either Kate or Katie was very helpful with explaining the menu and was very friendly and such a sweetheart and worked her a** off when I was observing her whilst eating. Good for her!!!! She's not the only great employee I saw today though! You guys are so friendly and have great workers!!! I plan on coming back very often now!!!

  Great food horribly slow service. Manager was standing and chatting away with a friend while 20 people were standing in line waiting. Took forever for her to decide to open another register. She didn't appear to care that there was only one register open and many people waiting. I will pass this location by next time.

  I was very confused about the pick 2 but the young lady up front with the glasses and I believe braces was very nice and helpful.
