  Extremely Rude employees & drive through orders are wrong more often then not! I will not go to this Mcdonalds again. Enough is enough.

  Horribly rude employees, the franchise owner should be ashamed! Visited on 02/27/2017 a little before 6:00 PM the women working the window was the worst. After watching three cars drive-by in the other window I figured the woman forgot about me so I said excuse me. The woman return to the microphone and said one moment in a rude, demeaning, dismissive tone. I said well three cars have already drove by me and they came after I was already present. She quickly came back to the line and said well if you want to come back here and help me you're more than welcome to do so in a sarcastic tone. Very unprofessional, in addition to that the manager of the location is unable to self identify his own employees areas of opportunity when I called to report it he had no idea whom I was talking about. Seriously you should be able to tell whom has poor tone and customer service skills on your team after all she said she was the only one working the window... bottom line it's worth driving a few more miles to another location!
